• Hi there,

I have a question thats been irritating me, I hope someone has a solution to.

I have a series of four images running through a slider on a home page (Customizre theme)
but I noticed that when I view the site on different computers (different screen sizes) alot of the images are cropped off.

Is there any simple way to avoid this so the slider images look dazzling to everyone?

    Hey justjosocial,

You might want to switch to a slider that’s responsive so your images don’t get cropped. There’s a bunch of free ones available here: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/search.php?q=responsive+slider

    Hi raewilson,
Recently I changed my home page slider images. But now the images are showing 10 times enlarged!!! My previous image resolution was 4500 x 1500. And I have used the same resolution for the new images, only this time I compressed them to make them smaller is size so that they can load faster. But they are appearing so big that only a portion of the image is visible. website: dragonholidaysbd.com theme: customizr
Can yon please help me fix this problem?

    Hi musa6633,

You need to use the exact dimensions for the slider recommended by the theme author otherwise your images will be automatically scaled up to fit the slider.

    Hey musa6633,

You might want to get in touch with the theme author to sort out this issue. It might be a bug with the version of the theme you’re using or something like that.

    Cheers, Rae
