    Hi @laetitia-godet,

    This is something you can achieve using the?customizer, included in?Premium Templates. This extension allows you to add?custom blocks, that you can use to display extra info on your PDF documents, but also item column blocks, and total’s row blocks.

    For your specific case, you can use the Thumbnail item column block:

    Then, your PDF document will display the thumbnail image:

    This is an example screenshot of a sample PDF invoice that displays the product thumbnails. You can do the same for all your available PDF documents, including the packing slip.
