I viewed the link for Subscribe2 HTML, but none of the screen shows the image of the post. Do we have the demo or screenshot for that?

Something like this

In weekly digest email, it lists all new posts.
Under each post, it will show the featured image, and that post excerpt, with the link to the full article.
