to achieve that result you need to use the free plugin YITH Slider for page builders.
First create the slider and then select it to be shown in page header like explained in this page of the plugin documentation: https://docs.yithemes.com/yith-slider-for-page-builders/how-to-include-sliders-on-your-site/yith-proteo-theme/

Hi again, I have just done it but the Header background is still on, I mean the slider doesn’t cover it, it should appear behind the header and when scrolling down the Header background comes back right ?
