When I insert an image into a popup, that image is automatically small with poor quality. I drag it out to be larger and it turns to absolutely terrible quality.

Is there something I’m missing or is this just how it works?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

@nickmclamb1 – Sounds like you are either uploading a low quality image in the first place, then resizing it to be larger than it originally was causing pixelation, or more likely you chose a reduced size copy of the image to insert such as thumbnail (150px by 150px), rather than the full size image.

Either way generally not part of how our plugin works as much as how WP media insertion works.

Hope that helps. If your issue is resolved please take a moment to rate and review the plugin or support.

The image size is 2057×3085 at 3.3 mb. I’ll see if I can find the option to change from thumbnail to full.

    That worked, thank you!

    For anyone searching for this:
Clicking on the image there are alignment options and an edit button (looks like a pencil). The edit button allows you to change the size.
