Image in post title

Hey! Is there a “right way” to automatically display an image in a posts title? Preferably the featured image. I did this in another theme by editing the php files but I was wondering if there maybe is a better way of doing it.

Each post on the site is an “artist page” and I want that artists image to display by the title.
