Image inclusion when not super-admin

  • We have a network of sites with multiple users. We have an issue when any user that is not Super Admin level tries to include an image in a post or page. The image is 1000px wide and has been uploaded correctly to the media library. When Administrator level users try to add to any page or post, the image is automatically resized to 300px in width.

    when I try as super admin, all is ok.

    Any ideas why this is happening?

  • What is creating the super admin user level? That might be the reason why.

    Thanks for your reply Malcolm.

    Super Admin was created by default when we created the install of Multisite. We have the image issue occur for all other admins, whatever level, across the network.
