image is loading when submit is clicked

    is causing an image to load when submit is clicked. How do I remove this setting? I can’t find in on the interface.

    I changed the image in the `https://xxx.com/wp-content/plugins/formidable/images/ajax_loader.gif’ folder

    So does that solve the problem for you? If you want to remove the loading image completely, you can go into your form’s Settings > Customize HTML > Submit Button and remove the loading icon in there.
