    Hello there,
    Thank you for your plugin.

I enabled “Enable cloud library browsing” feature, but there is one image in home page which is not displaying. I tried to delete cache or anything else but still the source of image is unknown in the tag. Can you let me know if there is anything I am missing? Thanks in advance.

    Hi @gharchi,

    Thank you for using Optimole.

I’ve checked your homepage and I see one image that is not loaded as you mentioned, this one: https://vertis.d.pr/h4cF8L

However, I don’t see an image being injected from the website, if it is a problem with Optimole there should be a request made to optimole CDN, and if the image is not returned then we can check what is the problem about but in this case, it seems to be the problem on the website so even with Optimole disabled this image should be missing.

I recommend you to try re-adding it on the backend via WordPress editor or some page builder that you’re using.

    I hope it helps!

I uploaded the image via WordPress media library and it is loaded there. Anyways, I could manage to fix the problem by restoring all the images back to our server then again offloaded the images to Optimole server. This is not good if we want to add one image every time. I have two questions and I would appreciate it if you answer.

    1) Is there any way to lazyload the images without resizing them? Optiomole has an option “Scale images & Lazy load” but we just want to use the lazy load not resizing. If we enable this option, our product photos and many other images will be resize too small.

    2) I realized if restore the images back to our server, then most of the images are not loaded. We have to upload them again. Not all the images will be restored. I tried it two times but still most of the images are not restored.

    Thank you for the help

    Hi @gharchi,

    1) Sure, you can turn off scaling with this toggle if needed – https://vertis.d.pr/6Drau6
They will still be lazy-loaded but not scaled.
If you think there is a problem with scaling you can also share some examples and we will take a look.

    2) In some rare cases it happens that images are not restored if in the media library they are shown as attached to some post/page but they are actually not so there are two ways to restore such images – either un-attach them for pages where they aren’t loaded but as added as “attached” to them or contact us directly via our contact form – https://optimole.com/#contact so we can help with restoring them.

    thanks!
