Greetings all,
We currently use the Vantage theme and Meta slider for our vet clinic website, at hkvetclinic.com. The issue I’m having is that on computer screens, the slide always stretches out to the full width of the screen, resulting in the image being cropped and blurry. I would love it if it could stay at a fixed ratio, say for a 1000*800 image it constantly stays at that 5:4 ratio. I don’t care about white space on the left and right sides, in fact I would rather have that than a stretched slider. Basically, I’m trying to make the slider stay the same size across screens and display the whole image.
Ideally, it stays proportionally the same size on retina displays too and does not shrink.
On mobile web browsers, it appears to display the whole image without any cropping, so I’m really not sure what’s going on here.
Also, if I can get this problem fixed, I will make all images the same size and so the slider will always display the same size of slide.
