• Hi guys very hard to explain, that is why i create a video explaining what is happening for better understanding, something is happening with the auto uploader after i paste a document on post.

    I create my documents using Google docs , after i copy and paster from google doc to WordPress post , i am able to see the document is uploaded and public but for some reason , the images is not uploaded to the media file. , i check my root folder and i am able to see in the 2022 the images inside but this images i upload them manually using the upload button inside WordPress

    Folders 1 2 3 4 are empty

  • It is most likely that the images are being hosted on a different server, and the posts have the full link to this external server. In this case, they will display in the post but not appear in the media library. You can download them to the media library using Upload external image button in the image block toolbar as shown below:

    As far as I am aware WP does not auto upload external images by default, so the auto-uploader you mention is probably a 3rd party plugin, so you are probably best to ask a question on their support forum if this is not working as expected.
