Image Lazy Load interferes with Jetpack Photon

Plugin works great for normal sites but when used with Jetpack Photon it interferes with image urls.
Photon tries to deliver images from CDN and ILL (Image Lazy Load) filters the output resulting in image urls relative to current host.
My guess -> increasing the output filter priority might be able to fix it?
Any ideas…
