    Thank you for the information.
    It appears that the problem is with the images in the slider. There is a possibility that the plugin you are using for this uses Lazy Load also, or Lazyloading is disabled for the slider.

    rather this lazy loading I have some over problems such as Eliminate render-blocking resources and Reduce unused CSS which is usually done with the plugin.

    Thank you for yoru feedback.
    As I can see most of the render-blocking files are CSS files. The option to “Eliminate render-blocking CSS by moving it to HTTP body” is a Pro feature of the plugin.
    W3TC cannot remove unused CSS. It cannot know all the files that other plugins or Themes should not be loading on specific page/pages.
    For example, if you have a contact form on the contact page, the plugin you are using from the contact form should only load JS/CSS on that page.
