• The Lightbox feature works but will not allow me to scroll through the images. So it will show anything that I click on but once the image is up then I have to “x” out and pick another. It was working fine with the free version but now with the pro version, it is not working. Can you help?

    Hi,

Go to this plugin’s premium version setting page > advanced setting. And disable the ajax support.

The navigation icons of the quick view will be back.

Ok so I assume you wanted me to download not only Image zoom but also your Woo Lightbox. THis has made things worse. Now when i click on the lightbox, I barely can see the image. It only displays part of the window and I have to scroll up and down. I need help please. I have now spent $60 between your two plugins and neither of them are working correctly.

I figured out this last issue. I disabled Lightbox on the Image Zoom settings page. But I still do not have the ability to scroll in the lightbox after disabling Ajax support. Please advise
