Image link behind overlapble imagess homepage

Hi,

I want a link to the page where the images on the overlapble part of the homepage is about. So the image next to ‘It deiboek fan Anne Frank’ need a link behind it to https://fordivedaesjetopentwel.nl/it-deiboek-fan-anne-frank. This is not something that u can do in the original theme. Does anyone know a why i can do this in the css of the theme? Thanks in forward.
