Image Link being Overlapped by

    My issue is I am trying to just get the link to work on the “get a quote” button before changing the image.

    Problem is, when I use Firebug, It shows that the <h1> link is overlapping the image link. The entire Image isn’t clickable to the “get quote” page…. only the bottom 1/4 is.

    Any suggestions?
