image link in text widget does not work

I want to put an image in a text widget and when people click on it , it redirects them to another website. But whatever I try, the link becomes a part of my own domain name and then it simply does not work:

the code I put in the sidebar is like this:

so I want them to go to https://www.nikon.com
but as one clicks on the image , it gets them to this link:
https://www.picomazing.com/www.nikon.com
