• After trouble-filled migration from wordpress.com site to self-hosted site the image links in posts (and probably in pages) are to the original wordpress.com site.

I did not notice until after migrating a third site. All have the problem. There were no warnings or error messages. The new sites operate normally, the posts display properly.

The images were copied to the new site and are arranged in the same hierarchy. I changed a couple of links and only replaced the domain name with the new one. The post displayed properly.

Is this a known problem in migration?

Is there a good way to fix the links?
