Image links to outside URLs not working

    On the reference page, I have only added a URL to the first image of the husband and wife to make sure the URL works. It doesn’t open the page of the URL.

    I have followed the instructions on this page: https://wp-modula.com/kb/add-links-to-images-in-galleries/ I have tried all the settings “Lightbox & Links” to “Direct link to image,” “Attachment page,” and “Open images in Lightbox.” From the instructions, it seems that the URLs will only work in the Lightbox for the PRO version; I am using the free version.

    The gallery is currently set to “Direct link to image,” and still, the URL is not working for the image in question.

    WP version: 6.4.1
    MODULA version: 2.7.9

    Hello @trishahdee,

    Thank you for reaching out to us!

    To add links to images, go to your gallery > edit it > edit an Image > and add a link under ‘link‘, but keep in mind that it will not work with effect gallery, and you will have to go General -> Lightbox and Links and select from there Attachment page. I took a look at your gallery and I noticed that the ‘direct link to image’ option is working properly, am I correct?
