image loader off page

Hi!
I am trying to add an image to a post and the the window doesn’t come up. I am using Firefox 3.6.3. Here is a link to a screenshot.
https://www.apfritts.com/media/2010/05/Screenshot-Edit-Post.pngHas anyone experienced this before? It looks like a div called TB_window isn’t getting setup correctly, but I’ve gotten rusty on CSS so that might not be correct.
