    Hi there,

I’m using the GP Premium but as I’m not the main owner, I can’t post in the premium support forum.

2 or 3 weeks ago I had a plugin or GP theme updated and since then I lost the margin bottom / padding on all the images on my website (except the featured image).

It had also happened to more websites that we managed but I don’t know who’s the culprit.

I don’t think it’s from GP as other websites using a different theme have had the same issue.

I could add some CSS to add the margin bottom for all images on my website but I’d prefer to find out which plugin had caused this removing.

Also because I have some images that are integrated in some CTA and if I apply a CSS for the whole site, it will affect their design.

If someone could have a look at it, I would gladly appreciate it.

Thanks all and have a great day !

    Thanks

    Hi there,

    Did you also update WP?

WP used to add a margin-bottom to the image block, but it’s been removed since WP 6.1.

    Hi Ying !

Thanks a lot for your reply !

I think you are correct and it’s WP 6.1 that created my issue with the margin-bottom on all my images.

I checked the update information there but couldn’t find any info on how to get rid of the disappeared margin-bottom

    Version 6.1

By any chance, do you know how I could reverse that without adding any additional CSS ?

Thanks a lot and have a great day !

Unfortunately CSS is the only solution I’m aware of. Hopefully WP adds it back soon!

    Hi Leo,

    Thanks for you reply !

Ya you’re right, I added some CSS to add the margin-bottom again but it brakes all the design I’ve make before.

I really don’t understand why the dev behind the 6.1 removed the margin-bottom that was in place for years.

If they wanted to to something similar, they should have added a global setting that let users control the margin-bottom for all the images on a site.

Well, I feel like you and I hope they will put it back the way it was before.

I can’t imagine some of my friends who have 100’s of websites and need to check page by page if the design is still okay.

    Have a good one buddy
