Image Mode error: invalid Image Specified

    I’m trying to use Image Mode in the plugin and have uploaded a JPG image that is about 500kb and 2000px in width. I’ve tried a couple of different JPGs and each time I try it, the Status area shows a message of ‘Invalid Image Specified’. On the page with the Map it says ‘Your image has not been processed, yet.’

    I’ve put in the Google API Key and appear to have set things up correctly. Google Maps mode works great.

    What could the problem be?

  • Hi there! This could be from being on a staging site, or otherwise not being connected to the net (IE if you have a security plugin preventing the plugin from communicating with our servers). You must be connected as the image is sent to us, rendered, then sent back to your local site.
