Image mode not working

I have the plugin installed. full path to mp3 in the shortcode, and image ID of image used in post
[esplayer url=”https://mysite.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/07/12-Italian-Plastic.mp3″ img_id=”3590″]
it does not play on click? are there any settings for image or audio file that might effect it?
