Image name cannot be reused

I have deleted an image and replaced it with a new image using the same name. In the Media the old one was deleted, and I used “delete permanantly” to delete it. But on my website, it is still the old image showed up, though in the Media in WordPress it shows me the new image.

How should I use the new image with the same image name?
