Image not appearing on single post on the static homepage

Hello,
I am having difficulty with the single post on my static homepage. I use elementor to edit/build pages. I am presently creating a static page since I do not have posts yet. On the static page, I added quizzes created with WP Quiz as a single post on a part of the static page. Everything works fine, expect the image; it is not showing any preview image despite having attached a featured image in when I created the post. I have gone through some other threads and checked whether I have lazy loader on – I do not.
