    Hi,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Changing images is not a feature of our plugin, is a feature of WooCommerce itself.

    Could you please temporarily disable our Swatches plugin and check if it is working without our plugin or not?

    Have you gone into the variations on your product and assigned the bags that go with your specific colour? It looks like the plugin cannot find a variation image and it is using the primary product image instead.
    Product page > variations > expand your variation > add the colour of bag that corresponds with the swatch you are clicking on / variation colour you are editing.
