Image not displaying

    Hello,

    I added an image into the HTML for the newsletter notifications template (for opt in confirmations, etc) and it shows up in the preview but does not show up in the delivered email.

    I also tried adding it into the confirmation email body — still it would not show up.

    I know that Gmail sometimes initially blocks images however I could not find any link to show the images like they usually put in if an image is blocked — it just was not there.

    Any idea on how to get images to show up in the template?

    Hi, could you send me where to test a subscription so I can then check the content of the email and look at the image references?

    Possibly, check our “System/Status” panel to see if there are warnings.
