It is working fine at my end. Check if there is any permission related issue.

Hi Chandan, I just “reinstalled” this plugin for a client and am experiencing the same issue. It was working on this particular site previously, but after the reinstall the images no longer show. I feel certain it is something on my end, but am not sure what. I can see where the image files have been created within the “media” section and also see the 0 byte image files in the uploads directory on the server. I checked the write permissions on the upload directory and set them to 777 but that did not correct the issue. Any other things I can check?

BTW, it works great on my dev server (of course). You can see the production page with no images at https://officefurnitureconcierge.com/wordpress/products-services/

    Thank you!

Please check if curl is enabled on that server.

Chandan, Thanks for the reply! It does appear that CURL is enabled (https://officefurnitureconcierge.com/wordpress/phpinfo.php), however it appears that the configuration might be a little different than my dev server (https://ofc.thrive-studios.com/phpinfo.php). It also appears the PHP versions are a bit different as well (5.3.29-p10-gentoo on prod and 5.2.17 on dev). Can you see any potential issues within the version differences, or maybe something that needs to be enabled on the prod server?

    Thanks again!

It may be the version issue. You need to check this at your end. I have also heard the same issue from some other people. But nobody updated after that.

Do let me know if you get any solution on this. Thanks
