  • Is it possible to provide a URL to the site? It is much easier to troubleshoot front-end issues such as this using browser developer tools.

Thanks for the reply! It’s currently in dev, which requires credentials that i’m not comfortable sharing. Is there another way I can provide more info with giving my WP credentials?

You certainly should not be comfortable sharing that information, nor should anyone on this forum request information like that as it is strictly against the rules here.

Can you further explain what you mean by scale the image? Setting fixed heights and widths has the opposite effect if you are looking to make it responsive.

Remove the width and height attributes from the <img> and give the img a width and height of 100% via CSS. Then give the wrapping div your max-width.

hmmm….So i replaced the attributes with 100% https://screencast.com/t/xUiR8sD4 , but it made the height go back to the default height of 405px, rather than the 706px which i would like. https://screencast.com/t/Ohykw0LBNXjk
