image not showing…

image in post is not showing up.. https://www.francesblog.com code I have for img:
<img alt=”photo of the day” src=”https://francesblog.com/home/wp-content/themes/pop-blue/images/10-16-07.jpg”/>
but it’s not showing up.. (and the image IS physically at this location.. if I put this address in browser https://francesblog.com/home/wp-content/themes/pop-blue/images/10-16-07.jpg the image can be seen fine..)
would appreciate some help here.. what am I missing??
