Image not showing

I’m having trouble correctly applying the shortcode to my page. When i apply it all i get is a blank box with the loading bars. I have tried what you have suggested in an alternate post to type the full config path into the web browser. This is also unsuccessful therefore i am led to believe i have it “filed” incorrectly. On filezilla as well as in my file management system it appears to be in the correct place. My URL is https://www.infiniteintelligencelabs.com . We are running on www.ads-software.com utilizing the divi theme.
