My problem is that when I installed the W3 Total Cache plugin, I faced the problem that the images of the products did not appear on the front end and inside the product pages, as well as on the media page.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @khateebart

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.
I’ve checked the website and I can see most of the images loading except the ones at the bottom of the page.
    Check the screenshot below.

After inspecting the source, those images are showing 404 in the console meaning they do not exist by that name on your server, for example:
    https://fomy.sa/wp-content/uploads/2022/04/MIRROR-001_0007_Layer-0-300x300.jpg

I’ve bypassed the cache, however, those images are still not loading.

Can you please temporarily disable the W3 Total Cache and see if the problem persists?
And if so, check if those images exist in your media library.

    I hope this helps!

    Thanks!

    Hello @khateebart

If the problem persists when W3 Total Cache is disabled then the issue is not related to W3 Total Cache.
I would advise re-uploading those images and checking with your hosting provider if you can use the backup from the website.
Again W3 Total Cache does not delete or remove any images or files from your server.
    Thanks!
