    Hi Andre, the last WordPress update worked fine in out tests.

    The issue with your link it seems is that the webrotate shortcode config parameter on this page for some reason points to an IP address which wouldn’t work due to browser security.

    Please change the config path in your wr360embed shortcode from this:

    https://108.167.168.61/~snapcomm/wp-content/plugins/webrotate-360-product-viewer/360_assets/bone1/bone1.xml

    to this:

    /wp-content/plugins/webrotate-360-product-viewer/360_assets/bone1/bone1.xml

    It should work then! Please let us know if not.

    =======================================================

    PS: please note that when a new WebRotate 360 Product Viewer WP plugin update becomes available, and you decide to update, WordPress will automatically remove everything from the following folder before starting the update: /wp-content/plugins/webrotate-360-product-viewer. So if you keep your 3D product views there, you will need to backup this folder first before updating the plugin in the future.

    Hi,

    I was wondering if it is possible for images that are uploaded via the media gallery in WordPress to be used for this plugin? What I am trying to do is allow clients to upload photos themselves (they have the software to create the 360* images) to use in this plugin. Is there a way to do this?

    (Sorry about posting on this thread–I had read in a previous thread that the author doesn’t receive an email when a new thread is created).

    Thank you!

    Hi!

    If your clients use our software directly, it has a built-in FTP function so potentially they can upload directly from within the software although I can see how it may not work for you.. Otherwise we currently don’t have media gallery integration for uploading complete 360 product views. Sorry about this. We’ll look into it in the future plugin updates.

    You can email us any questions, suggestions via [email protected]
