Image not showing in pdf

    Hello, we have a problem with the pdf for print a product card :
    after command
    – when i follow the link on the mail (visualise or print your gift card),
    the product is not send in the parameters of the link, so the image of the product is not displayed in the printable pdf.

    We have try to add p=id (id of the product) or post=id in the parameters, but this don’t work

    There is a other method or a possibility to add customization or product image to the printable gift card ?

    Sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the PDF. Since the PDF feature is only available in the Pro version, we are unable to assist you in the forums.
