Image not showing in print page

The parsing is handled independent of the plugin.

On this page, it’s difficult for the algorithm to determine if the image is part of the content or not. We are making constant improvements/adjustments and will eventually get the correct content.

To fix today, please add class=”print-only” to the element(s) you want printed/pdf. You may need to add to both the image and the description.

The thing is that it did work before and I didn’t really change anything and now suddenly after doing nothing the header “related products” is gone, which is good and the title is showing now which is also good.

The only thing missing now is the featured image that shows in the product page. And i don’t know how to add “class=”print-only” ” to featured images and the fact is that there a over 300 images. So adding it individually will require a lot of work.

I’m thinking about updating (currently 3.1.4), might that solve the problem ? Only thing i’m worried about is that when I update, it might mess something up.

Thanks for reporting. We’ll figure this out and have a fix within days to a week or two.

If you want to solve right away, add class=”print-only” the content element(s). It will print each element(and children) with class=”print-only”.

i can’t make the images print in the pdf file. i already add the class=”print-only” but still not working.

the image does shows in the print preview (lightbox) but when hitting the pdf button to print. the image is not included in the pdf file.

i’m adding the whole content to be printed by jquery. its not the usual wp post/page.

what should i do?

If the images are not accessible on the internet (like a local computer used in a dev environment), our servers cannot access the images when the PDF is generated.

Once the images are in a public location, they’ll be included.
