• Hi,

Within Google search’s ‘Top Stories,’ my AMP pages in their mobile search results aren’t showing my site logo at the top (just the site name in plain text). Where do I need to enter this logo for them to begin indexing/including it?

    Thanks so much!
    Steve

    Hey @smcockey

Thank you so much for using our plugin.

Did you upload your website logo in Default Structured Data logo? If not kindly follow below steps to show logo in Google Search Top stories.

Go to AMP settings > Gettings Started > Default Structured Data Logo

Please refer to this screenshot > https://take.ms/STsXh

    Hope it helps.

    Hi,

Thanks for the response! And yes, I’ve had a logo uploaded there for many months (see screenshot: https://ibb.co/cWcRRF). But it doesn’t seem to be populating within Google’s ‘Top Stories.’

    Thanks,
    Steve

    Hey @smcockey

I totally understand your issue. The output of Google’s top stories can’t be controlled by us. We gave our input, i.e., Default structured Data logo, now it’s Google turn to show them. However, Google takes some time to recrawl everything, index them and make them appear in Google search results. I believe it will show in near future. I recommend you to keep observing this thing for a couple of weeks.
