Image Not Showing Up In Sidebar

I’m having trouble getting an image to show up on the top of my sidebar in wordpress. For some reason it will show up in Firefox and Safari but I can’t get it to show up in IE at all. I’ve tried doing it in a div as a background, a regular image code, and even in an iframe just to try. None of it will work with IE. Any ideas?
