  • Hey there, @jackotto! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

While I was able to see the issue on your website, I was not able to replicate it on mine. I tested on several products and the images always switched regardless of having a default image or not.
So we need to figure out what is causing it on your website ??

Can you please run a conflict test to see if the issue persists?

To test, we usually suggest switching to Storefront, since you are already using it, can you please switch to Twenty Twenty-Four, and check to see if the issue is still present? If that resolves the issue, please let us know so we can assist you further.

If changing the theme doesn’t help, you’ll want to deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and take a look. If that fixes the problem, re-enable the other plugins one by one (gradually), checking after each, to see where the issue is coming from.

    — Be sure you have a good backup in place of your full site and database. You can ask your host for backup functionality or you can consider using a service like Jetpack. If something goes wrong, you will be able to restore it

    — It is important to consider as well a staging functionality in case you would not like to touch your production site (you can ask your host if they offer this service), or you can use WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.

You can find more about this in this guide.

Please let us know about your findings.

    Have a wonderful day!

    Hello @carolm29,

Thanks for the tips, I’ll try these on a staging site (should have done that in the first place!) and hopefully report back some good news.

Thanks for your help, the issue is with the WPBakery

    Hello @jackotto,

Glad to know that your were able to find the conflicting plugin.

As this is a third-party plugin, and we don’t provide help & support for 3rd-party plugins or themes as they’re outside our?support scope. It would be best to reach out to the plugin support for further assistance.

I wish I could help more, but hopefully, this gets you going in the right direction to get some further insight.

    Thanks!

They just rolled out an update today that fixes the issue. Thank you both for your help in determining the root cause, greatly appreciate it!

    Hi @jackotto,
