image not updating

  • Hello,

    I use this widget to display the employee of the quarter for our internal company site. This widget has been working fine until recently. The image is not updating properly. It displays the correct image on my end, but other users still see the old image from last quarter. I had our IT dept look into it thinking its an internal issue and it’s not. It works for some users and other users it doesn’t. Browser history has been cleared on all computers testing this. Also, the update to this image was done a week ago.

    Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    There isn’t any code in Simple Image Widget that would display different images based on the user. The only thing I can think of would be the browser cache (which isn’t quite the same as browser history). Have you had any luck resolving this issue since reporting it?
