Images of the slider not shown at EDGE

    Hi!!

    The slider load perfectly at CHROME,
    but the images not shown at EDGE.

    What can cause the problem?

    It works in Edge on the secondary MetaSlider you added for narrower screens. My guess would be it’s related to some custom styles you added to the desktop version of the slideshow. Probably the “mask-image” property?

    Hello!
    I am new here … and I am afraid that I am in the forum not correct for my question … but to see if someone helps me … or you can redirect me where it is most appropriate.
    I have Metaslider installed, my theme is Customify, I have created a metaslider that is introduced in the Header. In computers it looks fantastic, but in phones and tablets the photos do not slide, nor do the arrows appear, only the first image is seen.
    I have taken a thousand turns, entering codes [device, no device] does not work,
    create two sliders either … it doesn’t work either to choose the option of responsive slider, or Flex …
    I go crazy looking to solve it, I don’t know if the problem is the Customify theme … or the Metaslider plugin …
    or something that I don’t configure well but I think I’ve tried everything …

    If you switch to another theme, does the slideshow work (you might need to place it on a test page for this)?
