    — amatuer level —
WordPress 6.4.2 + Genesis Framework + COACHING PRO child theme.
Image tried as SVG (using SVG Support Plugin) and PNG – both failing!

ABOUT page – I have 3 columns with 3 images (that look like icons) under Heading: MY PASSIONS. This was a pattern from the child theme.

The images are working and visible on desktop full screen and working and visible when shrinking to mobile size view (on desktop).

The images are not working and are not visible on my mobile phone (instead shows a question mark in a box).

I created a column on my HOME page (right down the bottom) and added the image, and it worked on the desktop and mobile!!

IN SUMMARY – images working on desktop for HOME and ABOUT page. Images not working on mobile for ABOUT page… but working for HOME page.

    Website is quickwinsforbusiness.com

I don’t have the background to understand any jargon (please help with simple instructions) however can get under the hood with CSS (additional) as required. Thanks in advance for your help.

  • Hey @debfield

Those icons working just fine for me on multiple mobile devices: https://snipboard.io/zlCw0M.jpg

Try to clear cache and open from a different mobile device.

We have had this problem for days. We cleared all history on phones for both my husband and I, nothing worked! Then today, we added the SSL to the website and BOOM, there it is, it worked! Crazy! Thanks for looking at this for me Kuldeep!! Appreciate your help!!

Closing this thread as the solution was found – ensure SSL working or installed!
