Image on Featured Post

Hello,
I have inserted an image only(150X150) in my featured post but unfortunately the image is not displaying. Is it possible to display an image rather then texts? Or I wana display listed text or image on feature post
For Example:
right now the featured post section on homepage is showing unwarped text from post like Apple Orange Banana bla bla bla
but I like to display like

• Appple
• Orange
• Banana
• bla
• bla
