Image on pages and posts gets cut off at the top

I noticed that the top of the page/post only gets chopped off in Explorer. In Chrome, it does just fine.

Can you please try adding the following CSS code in the style.css file of your child theme or if your theme doesn’t have custom CSS tab add it in your site using the following plugin:

I added the code, but it’s still cutting off the copy in Explorer. I added it to the simple custom plugin.
