Image on Single Product Page is messed up

You’ll need to update your theme to at least 2.2.2 which will only give compatibility up to WC 3.1.1. See the changelog:

If that doesn’t fix the page, update your theme to 3.0.0 and/or seek support from the theme vendor’s techs. www.ads-software.com forum members don’t have access to the code for commercial themes.

If I update the theme will all the customization will be lost ?

It depends how you or your developer carried out the customisations. The wrong way to carry out customisations is to alter theme files. If this was done, then yes you will lose your customisations because theme files will be overwritten by updates. If customisations were done through the WP custom css setting or by plugins which store their data in the database then no. I don’t think you have a child theme? That’s another way to avoid losing your customisations. Child theme files are not overwritten by updates.

However, you should always take a backup before updating.

makes updating a commercial theme easy, and saves your old theme version in case of a problem, though I have not tested that feature myself.
