Image on social post are unreachable

    Hi all,
    I rename all my blog images using this plugin but when I check the old social post on Facebook, Twitter or Linkedin the image preview is unavailable.
    I post on social directly (not using other plugin) and use the URL at the end of the post.
    In which way can I solve it?

    Hi @consapconn,
    when you rename an image file you change the absolute URL of the image, Phoenix Media Rename fixes all content that refers to the image changing the old URL with the new one, but it cannot access external sites.

    If you share your image across social network or any other kind of Web sites you have to manually change the URL (if the Web site give you this kind of option).
