    Hi guys,

    Does anyone know why it’s taking so long to optimise images just lately?

    I threw around 20 images into my media file around an hour ago, and there’s still no sign of them being optimised.

    Finally worked it out.

    After nothing happened overnight, I went into the Image Optimisation settings and turned OFF ‘Auto Request Cron’.

    Then in the Image Summary pane, I hit ‘clean up unfinished data’ to reset the last group of images that were uploaded.

    Finally, I hit ‘Send Optimisation Request’ to pull those images in again.

    All of the new images were optimised within five minutes.

    Hi @qtwrk

    Seems to be ok, yes.

    I uploaded a couple of images to use as video splash screens, and they were optimised after a few minutes.
