image optimisation stuck

    Image optimisation process is stuck.
    We have whitelisted the IP addresses on cloudflare firewall level as well to allow traffic.

    error when we click on Clean up unfinished data are as below:
    IAPI Error cURL error 52: Empty reply from server
    cURL error 52: Empty reply from server

    Report number: FPBEGJCS

    Hi,

    There was an issue with one of our image servers.

    Could you please try reset IAPI key and then clean up unfinished data and try again ?

    Issue has came up again.

    I can confirm we are having the same issue on multiple WP installs with different LiteSpeed Editions.

    Is that latest generated report ?

    Because I don’t see any image optimization related information

    Could you please try reset IAPI key and then clean up unfinished data , then re-generate the report number again ?

    It did work for couple of images and then again got stuck or something i dont know.

    Hi,

    I am seeing an image optimization error.

    Please clean up unfinished data and try again

    If you have some kind of protective plugins for spam check or something like that , please make sure image server IPs are whitelisted.
