  • I enthusiastically started building my website, but I had to take a long break due to slowness issues. Although I am very satisfied with the features, I struggled for months with the “images are not properly sized” problem. The site could actually be used as a photography website as well. However, I couldn’t find the correct dimensions for the images within the theme content. Could you please suggest suitable sizes for small, medium, and large images? Or what can we do to prevent the site from slowing down? I am waiting for your recommendations.

    Hi,

    Could you show us a link to your website? And what exactly is the “images are not properly sized” problem? Are they visually distorted? Is there an error?

    If you played with image sizes while developing the site, you may need to regenerate thumbnails so they fit the latest dimensions set in the theme’s settings. For that we wrote a quick tutorial that basically recommends using the great Force Regenerate Thumbnails plugin. Give it a try!
