    Hello,

    Image Optimization no longer works, nothing happens when I click on “send a request”. And when I click on “clean data”, I have an error “cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds”. I already changed the Api key, but it blocks at level 3.

    Hi @awake78, are you Cloudflare or installed any firewall? If yes please try to put these IPs on IP whitelist.

    No CDN, No Firewall. I disabled ModSecurity on Cpanel.
    It’s always the same!

    second request and it works, so maybe it was a problem with my server/hosting.

    Thanks for the update, sometimes our optimization server might on heavy load and returning an error response. If you anyone facing the issue again just try to rerun in the next day.
