I’m really sorry to hear about your bad experience and that you didn’t receive any help.
I’d be more than happy to assist you but I see that you’ve never started any support ticket about that issue here and didn’t also ask for support for Pro version (note please: I can’t discuss Pro version support further as we are not allowed to do this here due to this forum rules).
We are all here to help as long as we are given a chance to do so – the issue (no matter what it is, we treat all of them with uttermost attention and priority) is reported and described to us via relevant support channels.
I and my colleagues will be happy to help you with this issue – we’d need to visit affected site to see the issue “in action” and based on that we can either give you solution right away or we can together with you decide on further troubleshooting steps so we could make it work.
If you could point us to the site where we could see the issue “live”, we’ll assist you you with the issue and do what’s humanely possible to fix it.
